About DragonBox

DragonBox Apps

DragonBox apps (such as DragonBox Numbers, DragonBox Algebra, and DragonBox Chess) are available through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and other app marketplaces. These apps run on the Kahoot! Platform and Kahoot! is generally the controller for the processing of personal data on these apps.

DragonBox School

DragonBox School is sold directly to schools and school districts. It provides a learning environment where students log in, complete activities, and where teachers can monitor progress.

Student and teacher account data. We process this personal data as a data processor on behalf of the school or school district. The processing is governed by the data processing agreement (DPA) between Kahoot! and the school or school district. To exercise data protection rights relating to student or teacher account data, please contact your school.

School contact persons. We process personal data about customer contact persons to administer and manage accounts and licenses, and to communicate with contact persons for this purpose. For a detailed description of these processing activities, including how to exercise your data protection rights, please see the Kahoot! Privacy Notice.

Distribution of physical materials. When a school or school district purchases DragonBox School, we may share contact person details with logistics and distribution providers for the purpose of delivering physical materials.
